Car ferries: The Bayhouse holds trade accounts with Wightlink and Red Funnel. We prefer to offer our clients a separate rate not an inclusive price as the cost can change to what day and time you decide to travel. Please contact the Bayhouse and ask for our best car ferry prices. We will make all the arrangements for you and have the tickets sent to your home address.
Children: We offer discounted rates for children under 14 years only when sharing with adults
Dogs: We do allow well behaved dogs at the Bayhouse that are under knee height. There will be a £2.00 per day charge for extra cleaning. Please note that any damage caused by your dog will be added to your bill. Dogs are not allowed in the Bar and Restaurant areas.
Smoking: The Bayhouse operates a strict no smoking policy which falls in line with Government law. We have plenty of outside areas to smoke; it is an offence to smoke indoors.
Please Note: That if the Government change the rate of V.A.T. we reserve the right to increase or decrease the tariff.
Breakfast Service: From 0800 to 1000 or by prior arrangement a Continental style breakfast can be served from 0730, please contact the reception before 1900 the evening prior.
* Low Season: At certain times our bar and restaurant may be closed for evening service. Please enquire when booking your holiday.
A firm booking is not deemed to have been made until a deposit has been received and accepted by the Bayhouse. Your attention is drawn to the fact that once a firm booking has been made it forms a contract of law and any subsequent cancellation may result in a bill of loss to the Hotel, normally calculated at up to 2/3 of the total value of your booking. We strongly advise you to cover this risk with holiday insurance.
We look forward to seeing you at the Bayhouse, please contact us if you have any further queries.
